Chef's resume

Dres Paraskevas has 22 years of experience in the foodservice field, in Athens, Arachova, Achaia and on yachts.

His favorite culinary orientations are local cuisine, the revival of ancient Greek cooking practices and their incorporation in education and training.

He is a pioneer in bringing back to modern cuisine, through education and training, the ancient Greek garos sauce, his major achievement being that his students at IEK VERGI won the silver medal at the 1st Mediterranean Chefs Competition 2020, in the Best School of the Year category.

He would like to see Western Greece becoming a popular gastronomic, educational and tourist destination through “Olympian Breakfast”, and “Olympian Cuisine” in general, a Region of Western Greece project that makes use of local products of Western Greece.
