Smoked eel with grilled onions

Ingredients

    • • 150g smoked eel
    • • 100g onion, sliced into rings

      • 20g leek, chopped

      • 10gr apple cider vinegar

      • 10 cherry tomatoes

      • 2 spring onions, chopped

      • 50g olive oil

Method

Cut the smoked eel into small pieces and marinate it with apple cider vinegar, leek, fennel, spring onion and olive oil.

Serve with grilled onions and grilled cherry tomatoes.
