Lamb with honey and garos sauce in baking paper

Ingredients

• 1,5 kg leg of lamb, cut into pieces

• 60g honey

• 20g garos sauce

• 2 cloves of garlic

• 1 sprig of fresh lemon thyme

• 1 sprig of rosemary

• 200g olive oil

• 100g white wine

• Juice of 2 lemons

• Pepper

 

Method

Mix the garos sauce with the lemon juice, white wine, lemon thyme, rosemary, olive oil, mashed garlic, honey, pepper and fennel.

In a bowl, marinate the lamb in the mixture and put it in the fridge for 1 hour. Then, place the marinated lamb on a baking sheet and bake at 190°C for about 1,5 hours.
